Are you passionate about influencing change and tackling health inequalities? Join CAHN as our Public Affairs & Policy Manager and help shape national policy that improves the lives of Black Caribbean and African communities in the UK.
In this role, you’ll develop and lead CAHN’s public affairs and policy work, building strong relationships across Parliament, government, media, and the and Voluntary Community Faith Social Enterprise (VCFSE) sector. You’ll be our main spokesperson on policy matters and act as the main contact for the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Black Health.
We’re looking for someone with strong political insight, excellent communication skills, and a real passion for social justice and equity in health.

In this role, you’ll manage the full volunteer journey from recruitment and training to support, recognition, and retention. You’ll help bring to life the recommendations from our 2024 volunteering review and ensure every volunteer feels supported, valued, and motivated.
